UK Department of Employment
The Department of Employment was a department of the UK government between 1970 and 1995. It was previously named the Department of Employment and Productivity. In 1995 The Department of Employment became the Department for Education and Employment, then in 2001 it became the Department for Education and Skills. In 2007 it was split up into Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills. The DCSF was later reorganised as the Department for Education in 2010 (Department for Education and Skills (United_Kingdom), n.d.).
