DCLG

The DCLG was a department of the UK government, between 2006 and 2017 with a remit to promote community cohesion and equality, as well as responsibility for housing, urban regeneration, planning and local government. The department was renamed the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) in 2018 (Department for Communities and Local Government, n.d.).
