National Evaluation of the Children's Fund

The Children's Fund was set up by the Children and Young People's Unit as a complex intervention aimed at reducing social exclusion. The Children and Young People's Unit commissioned this national evaluation of the Children's Fund with the aim of exploring what works in prevention and why. The programme of research was being undertaken by The University of Birmingham, in partnership with the University of London Institute of Education between 2003 and 2006 (web archive, assessed 1 Nov. 2019 ).
